Glacier Blast Begins March

A brilliant session on Glacier Blast saw eight unlocks to start the month beginning with Pax Artica (15G) for completing a multiplayer match with no players being left tileless with Chilled War (15G) popping up for completing a Feud without missing a round.
  
Ain't got No Time to Lose (5G) unlocked for being the first to place a breaker in each round of a Feud match while Am I Playing Right? (5G) popped up for breaking more of my own tiles than opponents in a single turn.


Better Him Than Me (15G) unlocked for removing an opponents last tile in a multiplayer match with I Never Liked This Colour (5G) for breaking three titles owned by an opponent in a single turn.


The Last Breaker (10G) unlocked for placing the last breaker in the final round of a match with the session ending after Chosen One (5G) popped up for changing a power tile to my colour and an opponent destroying it on the same turn.

February 2014 Summary

January saw a stunning start to year and I am glad to say that February has continued that success with a best ever February beating the record of 2013.

The rise has come mainly due to currently being out of work so when I get back into a job, the playtime will decrease naturally.

Trials Evolution Flies With Disney Fairies

Trials Evolution continued from the previous night with a single unlock in the shape of Beyond the Wall of Pain (10G) for smashing the bike and breaking every bone in the body. A late night session on Disney Fairies saw three unlocks to close the month and began with Crafty (10G) for crafting a full order of kettles.

Nookish (10G) unlocked for sending Cheese out with his delivery wagon in Tinker's Nook while Deja Vu (15G) popped up for replaying a location on the map.

Vancouver Slopes with XBLA

After enjoying the 2014 Winter Games, I felt encouraged to return to Vancouver 2010 and I am glad I did as I scored seven unlocks beginning with Style Run (10G) for completing the Style Run challenge with Best With Friends (20G) popping up for playing a four player game. 

 

Mountain Climber (30G) slid in after unlocking the Intermediate challenge mountain while In The 80's (10G) popped up after completing the In The 80's challenge. 

Air Play (20G) unlocked for completing the Air Play challengeand was swiftly followed by Save The Snowman (20G) for completing the Save The Snowman challenge. 

The session ended with Supersonic (20G) unlocking for completing the Supersonic challenge and next up was a quick go on Disney Fairies H T and a single unlock in the shape of Pixie Pesterer (5G) for bothering Tink by tapping her nose five times in succession. 

Onto the arcade and the debut of Plants vs Zombies with three unlocks beginning with Soil Your Plants (10G) for planting ten Peashooters with Close Shave (15G) popping up after winning a level with all five lawnmowers having been utilised. 

Nom Nom Nom (10G) unlocked after stopping the Horde using only the Chomper, Wallnut and Sunflower, the night ended with a session on Trials Evolution and the solitary unlocking of No Problemo (10G) for passing the D License and earning the first bike. 

Lego Movie/Powerstar Golf Set Records

A quick session on Lego Movie saw the final two unlocks needed for total completion and my first ever Xbox One completion while being the 27th overall. Midas Touch (20G) for completing all of the Golden Instruction builds with the record-setting final achievement being Everything Is Awesome (100G) for achieving 100% completion.

Next up was a brief session on Powerstar Golf with three unlocks popping up beginning with Rival Rouser (30G) for beating an opponent's round in Rival mode while Record Breaker (30G) unlocked for setting a new shot record on the City Park, Rocky Ridge, Emperor's Garden and Burning Sands courses.

The record-breaking session ended with Ballistic (10G) for hitting the ball over 300 yards using Frank's 'Rocket Launch' ability. Aside from the first Xbox One completion, the day was a record day as it meant the current achievement streak became the longest at total of 60 days although achievement wise a bit behind with 250 (297 in 59 days).

The positive is that the previously longer streak was done when I first got the Xbox One so the 47 unlock gap can is expected when December '13 was the best ever month and the next target is to get to 300 inside 75 days so 50 in 15 days.

Lego Movie Finds The Pants

The end is in sight on Lego Movie with three further unlocks putting me on 46/48 and began with You Are The Special (30G) for achieving the Special on every level while Honey, Where Are My Pants? (30G) popped up for collecting all the pairs of pants.

Build Things Only You Can Build (30G) unlocked for collecting all the Golden Manuals and ended the night.

Lego Movie Dances

A late session on Lego Movie saw six unlocks putting me only five away from a full completion and began with Business Business Business (50G) for collecting 1,000,000,000 studs while To The Invisible Jet! (20G) popped up for finding and destroying the invisible jet.

Glues Your Daddy? (10G) unlocked for using the Kragle gun to shoot Ma and Pa cop in the Relic room with I Could Sing This Song For Hours (20G) popping up for scoring 21 awesome dance moves in the Construction Site mini game.

No Way, This Is My Jam (20G) unlocked for scoring 21 awesome dance moves in the Kragelizer mini game while Welcome To Bricksburg (30G) popped up for collecting all of the Red Bricks.

Lego Movie Kills With Authority

A short session on Lego Movie saw two unlocks as the goal for a first fully completed Xbox One game edged nearer. The first unlock came in the shape of Ayayaya! (5G) for killing 20 enemies with Sheriff Not-A-Robot and the second was Ah! The Kragle! (20G) for kragelizing ten people with the Kragle gun.
