Halo TMCC Combines With Project Spark

After a superb start to November saw a flourish on Halo TMCC and Project Spark, the two combined across three days from the 27th-29th with the first day seeing Halo TMCC result in four achievements beginning with Rule Your Thirst! (5G) for finding and destroying the BLAST soda can on Warlord.

Worship Your Thirst! (5G) popped up for finding and destroying the BLAST soda can on Shrine and was followed by the unlocking of Gate Your Thirst! (5G) for finding and destroying the BLAST soda can on Stonetown.


Tour of Duty (10G) unlocked for completing a game in every one of the six updated Anniversary MP maps to end the day but the session continued into the next day with the popping up of Bloody Thirsty (5G) for finding and destroying the BLAST soda can on Bloodline.

BLASTacular (10G) unlocked for destroying all of the Halo 2 Anniversary Multiplayer BLAST soda cans and completed the day's action.  Project Spark entered on the 29th and the day's play resulted in four achievements starting with Haakon's Nemesis (10G) for defeating the Black Knight with Haakon in Crossroads.

Haakon Hero (10G) soon popped up after finishing my first crossroads experience with Haakon and later on was joined by Avalon's Nemesis (10G) for defeating the Flame Warrior with Avalon in Crossroads.


The session ended with the unlocking of Avalon Hero (10G) which came after finishing my first crossroads experience with Avalon.

Monopoly Plus Complete

After debuting Monopoly Plus the previous evening, November 26th saw the resuming of the game result in the completion after the final 10 achievements unlocked starting with Business Master (80G) for completing two colour sets in one trade. Out of Stock (110G) popped up for seeing the bank run out of houses.


VIP (30G) unlocked after building my first hotel while Great Income (100G) popped up for collecting a rent payment of more than M700.




Now We Can Play (200G) unlocked after building a hotel on each property of at least two colour sets during the same game with The Master (50G) popping up for winning a game.


Champion (50G) unlocked after winning a six player game and was instantly followed by Your Way (50G) for winning a game using one "House Rule".



Pole Postion (30G) unlocked after being the first player to start a game with the illusive final unlock popping up in the form of Precocious (30G) for collecting a rent during the first turn.

NFS Shift 2 Combines With Halo TMCC While Monopoly Plus Debuts

A day across the two consoles began with an midnight co-op session on Need For Speed: Shift 2 Unleashed with Tonyboykid resulted in a duo of achievements beginning with Recommended (5G) for completing an event recommended by a friend while In The Zone (10G) popped up for winning an online event with helmet cam.

A quick play on Halo:TMCC saw a single achievement in the form of Third Time's A Charm (5G) for playing Halo 3 on the 25th of any month. After setting up a share across Xbox One with Tonyboykid we combined to play Monopoly Plus which saw five achievements starting with Good Start (30G) for owning my first property.


Bargain Master (30G) unlocked for buying a property by saving at least 10% of its original value with Collector (150G) popping up for owning one property of every colour.



Investor (30G) unlocked for buying my first house with the session ending after the popping up of Lucky Draw (30G) for earning more than M100 from a card.
 

Limbo Debuts In Style

After being announced as a special Year One gift for Xbox One early adopters, Limbo released just a day later and a two hour session saw five achievements starting with Wrong Way (70G) for 'that's not right' with Altitude is Altitude (70G) for 'exploration off the ground'.


It's Stuck (70G) unlocked after 'preparing a dry landing' while Urban Exploration (70G) popped up after 'involving heavy lifting.

Alone in the Dark (70G) unlocked after going 'beneath the arthropod' to end the session but I resumed on the game the following day with Climbing the Cog (70G) popping up for 'not pulling the lever because you can'.


The final unlock of the day came in the early afternoon when serious back pain meant the session had to end with the unlocking of Backtracking (70G) for 'riding the crates'.

Super Time Force Story Complete

After a record breaking day on the 21st, November 22nd which was the Year One anniversary of the Xbox One encouraged me to continue my Achievement Chase on the console and I did so by going on Super Time Force and earning a trio of achievements putting me just three away from completion.

Year 3072 Completed! (40G) unlocked after completing the Future City time zone and was soon followed by OMG You Sharded! (75G) for shattering/collecting all shards in the game.


The finale of the story took a lot of effort and eventually resulted in the unlocking of  Infinity (75G) for defeating Dr.Infinity which is best done using the Re-Bot and can be very effective at charged shots in comparison with other characters.
