Trials Fusion Starts Riding

A game I have been looking forward to since its original announcement is Trials Fusion and it  its inaugural play it certainly didn't disappoint as the graphics and and gameplay are amazing with two unlocks coming from this session.

Wax On, Wax Off (25G) unlocked for completing Training Program 2 while That's Not Right! (25G) popped up for being run over by my own bike.

Cut The Rope/Secrets And Treasures

A session on Windows 8 began with Cut The Rope with four unlocks beginning with Bubble Popper (5G) for popping 50 bubbles while Weight Loser (5G) unlocked for losing the candy 50 times.

 

Spider Buster (5G) crept up after outsmarting 40 spiders with Silver Scissors (10G) sliced in for collecting 150 stars.

Another new game on Windows 8 and as always a free one in the form of Secrets and Treasures - The Lost Cities  and I scored three unlocks in an hour of playing beginning with 'X' Marks the Spot! (5G) unlocking for discovering the first Map piece. Medals for Everyone! (5G) popped up after upgrading a crew member for the first time. 

We Call This "Archaeology" (10G) unlocked after collecting 50 keys and ended the night's session. 

Plants v Zombies GW Rockets On

Continuing on Plants v Zombies Garden Warfare, I went on both the new DLC and the Garden Ops mode and got three unlocks beginning with Rocket Man (10G) unlocking for vanquishing ten players and ten plant pots with the Soldier's ZPG. Hole In One (50G) popped up at the end of a frantic game for pushing the Golf-Bomb into the Hole in Cactus Canyon.


Brain Freeze (20G) unlocked after vanquishing a Yeti in Garden Ops mode and completed the night.

Plants v Zombies GW DLC Begins

Despite being one of the best online games I have played, Plants v Zombies Garden Warfare has become even better with the new Zomboss Down pack which Ii began with three unlocks. Gnome Bomber (10G) unlocked for picking up a Gnome Bomb while Defuse the Situation (25G) popped up after defusing three Gnome Bombs.

Ahoy Matey (10G) unlocked after summoning a Map Pirate and a Barrel Pirate Zombie on Gardens and Graveyards.

Peggle Goes Partying

A busy day meant only a short time for gaming, I picked randomly and chose Peggle with the sole unlock being Party Master (10G) for winning a Peg Party.

 

Kinect Sports Rivals Learns

After a brilliant start to the game on Friday, I returned to Kinect Sports Rivals yesterday and scored five unlocks beginning with Curious (10G) for scanning in as the opposite gender to my original Champion while You're A Fan Favourite (20g) popped up for winning a Bowling event without the use of a power-up.

School's Out (10G) unlocked for learning to play all six sports on the game with Judging The Line (20G) popping up for scoring five points by hitting the white line in Tennis.

The night ended with Singles Winner (20G) for winning my first Tennis event.

Plants V Zombies GW Vanquishes

A quick session on Plants v Zombies GW saw two unlocks beginning with Hang in There (25G) for earning a Revival Master boost five times while TVM Veteran (25G) popped up for winning 25 Team Vanquish matches.

5000 Achievements Unlocked

After just under six years and nine months, finally I have reached on of my original goals of 5000 achievements which came with my final unlock of the day but more on that later.

The day began with a session on Plants v Zombies GW and the unlocking of Gargantuan Task (20G) for vanquishing a Gargantuar in Garden Ops mode. Later on I went on a new game on Windows 8 via the sale - Asphalt 7:Heat and got four early unlocks beginning with MONSTER TRUCK MADNESS (10G) for performing one Unstoppable during a single Adrenaline mode.

TIGHT REP (10G) unlocked for reaching REP rank 5 while GET BY WITH A LITTLE HELP (5G) popped up for using five sponsors.




The session ended with SHARE THE PAIN (10G) for sharing on Facebook three times and was soon joined by another new game this time the newly released Kinect Sports Rivals which during a 90 minute session saw ten unlocks beginning with Awesome You (10G) for creating my own Champion.



Jump the Shark (20G) unlocked for performing a no-handed trick in a Wake Racing event which was soon followed by Race Winner (20G) for winning my first Wake Racing event.


Summit Winner (20G) unlocked for winning my first Climbing event with Quick Draw (20G) popping up for shooting three Bullseyes in three seconds on a Target Shooting event.



Crack Shot Winner (20G) unlocked for winning my first Target Shooting event while Super Saver (20G) popped up for saving five shots in a Soccer event.




Star Player (20G) unlocked for filling up the Power-up meter seven times in the Soccer event with Striker Winner (20G) popping up for winning my first Soccer event.



The big moment I alluded to earlier came in the form of Ten Pin Winner (20G) for winning my first Bowling event and as it was the 5000th official achievement (without apps) it was the best place to end the day
