Borderlands 2 Shoots In

The second of this weeks new games is Borderlands 2 which hopefully will be just as good if not better than its predecessor which at times I did 12 hour shifts on in 2010. Off we go....

First One's Free (10G) unlocked within 10 minutes of playing for completing the first mission, 'My First Gun' and soon after I had levelled up enough to unlock Not Quite Dead (5G) for reaching level 5.

A lot of fighting and levelling up led to Dragon Slayer (20G) for completing the mission 'Best Minion Ever'. The night ended with A Road Less Travelled (20G) for completing the mission 'The Road To Sanctuary'.

F1 2012 Leaves The Pits

New game release in F1 2012 and began with the Young Driver Test and on the fourth test, I had to perform a flashback and in doing so unlocked Let's Try That Again (5G). In the Kers/DRS test I then unlocked Just A Taster (35G) for my first test gold medal.

A 1-2 of Earn Your Stripes (5G) and Graduation Day (25G) for earning all chevrons and fully completing the Young Driver Test.

Next I went into the Career mode and suddenly unlocked Made The Papers (20G) followed by The Pressure (5G) for setting a valid lap in One-Shot qualifying.

 Later on, FORMULA ONE Is Back! (5G) unlocked for completing my first race in Career mode. 

Sleeping Dogs Promotes Safe Driving

Wednesday began with Safe Driver (20G) for driving for two full minutes without hitting anything or 'clean driving' as the game puts it.


Next a double unlock when betting on Cockfighting, Tourist (10G) for winning a bet on Cockfighting and Infowlable (15G) for winning a bet of 50,000.

Sleeping Dogs Nears Halfway

After a flourish over the weekend, Tuesday began with two quick unlocks with Gun Nut (15G) for utilising ten different firearms and Detective (35G) for reaching 50% completion of the game.

I saved for the night/early morning having completed the story mode and as such unlocked Big Smiles All Around (50G). 100G in two hours and it took 20 hours to do the entire story mode.

Sleeping Dogs Is On The Case

An afternoon go began with the unlocking of Substantial Silver (15G) for achieving 15 Silver Stat awards. A Big Betrayal (35G) soon followed for completing Dockyard Heist.

Kleptomaniac (15G) stole in for hijacking and delivering five trucks successfully and swiftly followed by Gaining Face (25G) for reaching Face Level 5.


Sharpshooter (25G) shot in as the next unlock as I shot out the tires on a chasing cop car.  A Slap In The Face (10G) hit in next for basically killing an enemy with a fish.

Karaoke Superstar (10G) popped after excellent work in achieving over 90% in all eight songs and just before midnight to leave Sunday with nine unlocks for a total of 170G. Monday began with Case Closed (30G) for completing all cases.

Burnout Revenge Served Hot While Sleeping Dogs Awaken

Burnout Revenge next in A-Z and an early unlock in Your Opinion Counts! (10G) for recommending a Burnout clip. On Sleeping Dogs, up popped Gadgetman (20G) for Picking a lock, planting a bug, tracing a phone, cracking a safe, and taking over a spy camera.
  

Officer (15G) unlocked next for completing 25% of all missions, cases, favours, events, jobs and races.

Burnout Paradise Showtime

A quick afternoon go saw the last of the Road Rules broken and unlocked Crashin' All Over The World  (20G) joined later on by Boosting Around The World (25G) for a x20 boost chain.

The following day, Flying High (20G) dropped in next for successfully landing all SUPERJUMPS swiftly followed by Millionaire's Club (20G) for scoring over 1,000,000 points on a stunt run, the feat was unlocked by reaching 1,490,570 points smashing with a boost chain of x38.

All Pimped Out (10G) dressed up for completing all of the Burning Routes at that point I decided to move on in the A-Z list with only two single player achievements left both of which mean completing every event which will take up too much time so will wait until the next cycle. Next up is Burnout Revenge.
 

Burnout Paradise Burns A Route

A early morning go saw the unlock of Supercharged (20G) for completing 25 Burning Routes

Burnout Paradise Ruling The Roads

Next on the A-Z list is Burnout Paradise and the remaining achievements involve factors that span the game and as such take a long time to unlock. The first unlock of this cycle is Speed King (20G) for setting a timed Road Rule on every road. This was later joined by Crash TV Air Time (25G) for landing the Mega Jump from the Crash TV Ski Jump and sealing at least 4.5 seconds of Air Time, I got 4.8 in the Dust Storm on Big Surf Island.

While on Big Surf Island, I discovered all 15 events and earned Island Explorer (20G).

Can't Let Sleeping Dogs Lie

Continuing the story and unlocked Gold Rush (10G) for achieving 5 Gold stat awards which was later joined by Stuntman (5G).
  

That'll Show' em (20G) unlocked soon after for completing the mission 'Payback' 

Sleeping Dogs On The Case

A late go opened with Take A Bite Out Of Crime (10G) for completing the first case followed by Rookie (10G) for 10% completion of all missions, cases, favors, events, jobs and races.

Then Minor Face (5G) popped up for reaching Face level 2 then off to bed.

Burnout Crash Speeds In

Continuing the A-Z alongside new game Sleeping Dogs, means Burnout Crash is next and an early achievement in Trail Of Destruction (5G) for creating a 15x Smash Chain.Later on Razed To The Ground (10G) unlocked for destroying all the buildings in a junction in any single event.

Expensive Taste (10G) unlocked next for blowing up all three Sports Cars and the Gold Car and finishing the event in Road Trip and then off to work.

Sleeping Dogs Exploring The City

A late go came with two instant achievements while on a protection mission, Strike Gold (5G) for achieving 1 Gold Stat and Man Around Town (20G) for visiting each of the cities districts.

Slight Silver (5G) came next for achieving 5 Silver Stat awards with Fashion Statement (10G) revealing for changing to a completely new outfit in the wardrobe.

Sleeping Dogs Wakes Up

After leaving Bully, I moved on to a new game in Sleeping Dogs sort of a Hong Kong verison of GTA. The first achievement was unlocked by pure chance while fighting and it was Environmentalist (15G) for performing five unique environmental skills. In With The Gang (5G) popped next for completing the Night Market chase.
