RVNH3CTCD3M0 (100G) popped after locating the secret level 'Hectic' and the strange title is the password used to find the level.
Persistence is the Key (125G) unlocked after acquiring all three Demon Key Artefacts in the main campaign.
Walk The Path (125G) ambled in after finishing the Lost Levels mission and the final unlock and completion arrived in
Escape Artist (125G) after finishing 'No Escape' on Watch Me Die skill level.
