Warboats Break Sees Pity Pit Dig In

After a busy run in the Warboats challenge, today saw a break and a quick completion of Pity Pit.

First up was Digger Level I (10G) for simply digging 10 blocks and was swiftly followed by Raging Level I (20G) for killing two enemies.
Money Level I (10G) popped up next after collecting ten coins with Boom Level I (20G) exploding in for detonating a bomb.

Resource Level I (20G) popped after collecting 20 materials and next up was Digger Level II (50G) for digging 250 blocks.

Raging Level II (50G) battled in after killing ten enemies and the rapid popping continued with Resource Level II (50G) for collecting 40 materials.

A new type of unlock came in the form of Shopping Level I (20G) after visiting and purchasing from the shop for the first time. Money Level II (50G) popped up for collecting 50 coins.
Boom Level II (50G) popped after detonating three bombs and was followed by Digger Level III (100G) which came after digging 500 blocks.

Boom Level III (100G)
unlocked next after detonating six bombs and Shopping Level II (50G) dropped in after buying three materials.

Raging Level III (100G) punched in after killing 20 enemies and the game completion neared after the popping of Resource Level III (100G) for collecting 100 materials.

Money Level III (100G)
cashed in for collecting 100 coins and the completion and the final unlock came in Shopping Level III (100G) for buying 5 materials.

Battleship Sunk As Assassin's Luck Reveals Final Ships

As mentioned in the previous post, today's (Sunday) play began with the continuation of Assassin's Creed- The Ezio Collection with two Warboats potential unlocks left to tackle. The day began with ACB| Brotherhood (20G) for recruiting three Assassins.
Next up, ACB| Bang! (20G) popped for destroying the Machine Gun and was swiftly followed by ACB| Principessa In Another Castello (20G) for completing DNA Sequence 4.
Fundraiser (20G) popped up next for completing DNA Sequence 5 meaning the key unlock came next in the form of Forget Paris (20G) for completing DNA Sequence. This scored the final HIT needed to sink the Battleship meaning three ships down, two to go.
However, the task of finding the final two ships was given a huge boost as the planned next unlock and third in the Warboats challenge was Home Improvement (20G) popping after renovating five buildings in the Antico District and scoring a surprise HIT.

The location was in a part of the grid with many options so focus turned to trying a few of them starting with Constested Location (20G) for taking over each type of Emplacement on Agents of Mayhem and though it resulted in a MISS, it saw the chance of the boat being a horizontal three placement no longer an option.

Thoughts then moved to seeing whether it was a vertical three with a session on ACA NeoGeo Metal Slug 2 with another possible Warboats unlock further away on the grid. The first unlock was Caravan Mode 300,000 points (80G) for scoring 300,000 points in Caravan mode.
After more practice, the goal unlock of Caravan Mode 500,000 points (100G) for scoring 500,000 points in Caravan mode but like the last Warboats attack this was a MISS too
Knowing hitting a high score was doable, I did the same method as for the above duo on High-Score mode leading to the popping of Hi-Score Mode 200,000 points (80G) for scoring 200,000 on the mentioned mode and this as expected scored a MISS on the other side of the grid but in doing so cut off some potential locations for the final boat to be found.

The previous unlock led to the instant popping of Hi Score Player (80G) for posting a record on the Hi Score leaderboard. There was still no clarity if the boat with a single hit would be a two or three square so to confirm, play moved on to Titanfall.

A lot of attempts and strategies were needed before the planned unlock of Ride 'Em Cowboy (5G) rode in after Rodeo-Killing a Titan, this proved to be a MISS on Warboats meaning this boat was the Destroyer (2sq) but its direction was still an uncertainty.

The quickest way to test came with a short play on WWE 2K15 and the unlocking of Unknown Veteran (30G) for winning 10 matches as a Custom Superstar. This proved to be a good and bad attack as joy came with a HIT but not a sinking as this had revealed the final ship- the Submarine.

It also meant the Destroyer would be sunk with play on Child Of Light but the goal unlock is one right at the end of that game so will be tackled in the future. Focus turned to seeing how the Submarine is placed and success would leave another certain unlock towards completion of the challenge. This saw play on Outlast and the unlocking of Flushed (50G) after draining the Sewers

As hoped, it was a HIT meaning that the Submarine's sinking would be completed on MAFIA III though alike the Destroyer, it is an unlock that is very late in the game so a lot of work will be needed to complete the challenge. The deadline being Feb 15th means loads of time to do so and should success arrive then it will be consecutive years with full completion in Warboats.

Assassins & Agents See Battleship Almost Sunk

Today (Saturday 23rd) saw the Warboats challenge focus on the Battleship with a session that began on Agents of Mayhem. However, the first unlock of the day was a surprise in the form of Jump Around (15G) for hitting 10 jumps in the city.
After some effort, the intended unlock of Pimp Your Ride (15G) popped after successfully building a vehicle using blueprints. This as hoped struck a HIT on the Battleship and made clear where the two remaining hits would be found.
The quickest of the two was attempted first with a play on Warframe and the popping of Angel Of Death (10G) for completing 100 enemy kills in a single mission. HIT secured on Warboats.

Next up was a lengthy session on Assassin's Creed- The Ezio Collection that as you will see on the next post continued long into Sunday, this was because there were three possible Warboats unlocks and the one most sought after needed the most progression. First up was Golden Boy (20G) after discovering the Shrine in the Terme di Traiano.

Following the above was Rome in Ruins (20G) for completing DNA Sequence 2 and was later followed by the first of the Warboats trio in Fixer-Upper (20G) for completing DNA Sequence 3 and proved to be a MISS but also ended worries about some really tough possible boat locations.

Elite Dangerous Evading Sees Carrier Sunk

Yesterday's session on Elite Dangerous continued into today (22nd) and saw failure followed by success in Warboats terms. The session began with I Found You! (10G) for cashing in a bounty.

The first of the two Warboats related unlocks came in the form of Splashing Out (20G) after buying a new ship but sadly it was a MISS on the Warboats grid. Next up was Gettin' It Done (10G) for completing five missions.

The session ended with Well Avoided (5G) for escaping an Interdiction and as planned it was the final HIT on the Carrier (5sq long) taking the total sunk to two boats out of a possible five. The next plan will be to find out which unlocks will add to a single hit from last week on the Battleship (4sq long).

Elite Dangerous Takes Flight

Today saw play on Elite Dangerous with two possible Warboats unlocks but sadly they need a little more progress. The session began with Welcome, Commander (10G) for completing the Tutorial. Da Vinci Would Be Proud (10G) popped after creating my commander.

Next up was I'm a Data Miner (5G) for collecting one loot data and was swiftly followed by the session ender in Pilot Papers (10G) for collecting five loot data.
