Project Spark Creates As Lego Batman 3 Battles

February 5th featured a session on Project Spark (X1) which resulted in four unlocks starting with Into the Void (25G) for defeating 250 enemies in Void Storm while Kodite Collector (15G) popped up after collecting 100 pieces of Kodite.


The Village (30G) unlocked after recovering the Rune Stones and cleansing the village after the Void attack and was son followed by Stalwart Knight (10G) after reaching level 10 with Haakon.


February 6th saw a session on the sister version of Project Spark - Project Spark (Win 8) which saw a trio of unlocks beginning with 1-up? (5G) after collecting 100 coins in Crossroads and was soon followed by Scarlett's Nemesis (10G) after defeating the Fallen Ranger with Scarlett in Crossroads.


Scarlett Hero (10G) unlocked after completing Crossroads for the first time with Scarlett. The session continued into  the next day with a duo of unlocks starting with You're a Wizard (5G) for making a first game with Create.


The session came to an end with Playing Dress Up (5G) for creating a custom character in the Create mode. February 8th saw a return to the console version- Project Spark (X1) which featured seven unlocks on the DLC packs starting with Unstoppable (50G) for completing Void Storm without dying.


Spark of Ingenuity (25G) unlocked after defeating 100 enemies using Spark Interactables in Void Storm with Treasure Hunter (15G) popping up after opening 50 chests in Void Storm.


Avalon Challenger (10G) unlocked after completing 10 champion challenges with Avalon which led to the popping up of Flora Druid (10G) for reaching level 10 with Avalon.


Blast from the Past (25G) unlocked after completing Avalon's Wellspring in Void Storm before the session ended with the popping up of Credit Spender (5G) after unlocking a Credit Unlock item.



February 8th saw a first play of the year on LEGO Batman 3 (X1) and a single unlock in the form of Breaking BATS! (20G) for completing level two of the same name. The next day saw a continuation on the game and a trio of unlocks starting with True Hero (20G) after attaining 'True Hero' status in any level.


Space suits you, Sir! (20G) unlocked after completing level three of the same name before Now That's impressive! (20G) for finding and destroying a Riddler trophy.



February 11th saw the run on the game continue with a single unlock in the form of Space Station Infestation (20G) for completing level four of the same name while the following day also saw a single unlock on the game in The Big Grapple (20G) for completing level five of the same name.

Fantasia: Music Evolved Goes 'Under The Sea'

An evening session on Fantasia:Music Evolved (X1) saw some much needed exercise coupled with three unlocks starting with Creative Spark (10G) which came after putting on an electrifying performance with the jellyfish in The Shadows. In Too Deep (30G) popped up after using the Composition spell in The Shadows.

The session ended with the unlocking of Falling Starfish (10G) after successfully juggling the starfish for 30 seconds.

Fantasia:Music Evolved Mixes With Saints Row IV Re-Elected

A split session began with a quick solo stop on Fantasia: Music Evolved (X1) which saw the unlocking of Librarian (5G) after playing a song in the Song Library. Later on in the evening, I played a co-op session with traditional partner Tonyboykid on Saints Row IV Re-elected (X1) which saw a single unlock in the form of Ghost in the Machine (20G) for hacking and powering up C.I.D.

A session on Saints Row IV Re-Elected (Win 8) resulted in a duo of unlocks starting with Chill Out (10G) for freezing and shattering 100 Aliens with the Freeze Blast power while Switch Hitter (10G) popped up for playing two hours as male and the same as a female.

A day which saw only two unlocks began with a long evening session in co-op with Tonyboykid on Saints Row IV Re-Elected (X1) but despite a lot of play on Don't Panic (30G) unlocked after completing the 'Real World' quest. During the session while waiting for a long cut scene to end, I popped on Project Spark (Win 8) and quickly unlocked Registered Voter (5G) for rating a created world.
 

January 2015 Summary

After ending 2014 in superb style, 2015 began in a similar vain with the trend of 100+ unlocks in a month continuing with a haul of 139 across my trio of platforms and aside from the goals highlighted earlier in the month, another is to play and achieve on 150 different games. This is lower than last year as despite hoping to be the 2014 records, I expect to play fewer games across the year.

January Ends With Riptide and Secrets & Treasure

In what is the first daily update of the year after the huge backlog, January came to an end with a split session across two games which combined for a quintet of unlocks.

The day began with a quick stop on Secrets & Treasure (Win 8) which after some puzzling about led to the single unlock of City in the sands! (20G) for discovering the Lost City in the second location.

Later in the day, I went on Riptide GP2 (X1) having debuted it the previous day and earned a quarter of unlocks starting with Stunt Novice (15G) after scoring 1000 points in a Freestyle event. My First Hydro Jet (15G) popped up after purchasing my first Hydro Jet.

Tricked Out (30G) unlocked after fully upgrading a Hydro Jet before the final achievement of the day and of course of the month popped up in the form of Freeky Stylie (30G) after unlocking a level 10 stunt.
