Babel Rising 3D Mixes with Xbox One Trio

July 14th featured a brief session on Babel Rising 3D in order to continue the Achievement Chase and resulted in the single unlock of Falling Stone (10G) for crushing 20 workers with a single boulder.

The following day saw a trio of sessions on the Xbox One beginning with the long-awaited return to Forza Motorsport 5 which saw four unlocks commencing with Gold Medallist (5G) for earning five gold medals in Career events followed by Up and Comer (10G) for reaching Driver Level 3.

Gold Fever (10G) unlocked after achieving 10 gold medals in Career events with Semi-Pro (10G) popping up for reaching Driver Level 5.


A brief session on Dead Rising 3 contained two unlocks starting with All Four Won (10G) for completing a district with four players while Arcade Collector (50G) popped up after finding all eight arcade cabinets.

The night ended with a session on Plants v Zombies Garden Warfare featuring two unlocks starting with The Last Second (25G) for defusing a Gnome Bomb with less than three seconds remaining with the final unlock of the day coming in the form of Drop That Gnome (20G) for vanquishing 10 enemies in possession of the Gnome Bomb.

Peggle 2 Ahead of Guacamelee/Dead Rising 3

July 12th saw a very brief gaming session so is featured in this double post as a quick go on Peggle 2 resulted in the unlocking of SSSSlide (25G) for completing every trial in Winter Blunderland. 

The following day saw a split between two games on the Xbox One beginning with Guacamelee which featured nine unlocks beginning with Licking His Wounds (30G) for besting Jaguar Javier in hand-to-paw combat which was soon followed by I Swat You (10G) for defeating a Chupacabra using only Slam.

Nooks and Crannies (20G) unlocked after finding 100% of the Hidden Items in a single area with I Have The Power (20G) for purchasing 20 upgrades from the Shop. 

That Was INTENSE (50G) unlocked after killing 20 enemies in a single INTENSO sequence and was swiftly followed by Boom-Shack-Calaca (25G) for defeating Calaca.

The Devil wears Revenge! (30G) unlocked after defeating Calaca with full health in Diablo's Suit while Combo Nerd (20G) popped up after achieving a 125 hit combo.

The session ended with Cock of the Walk (10G) for defeating an enemy using a Pollo Bomb.The next session took place on Dead Rising 3 and resulted in two unlocks beginning with District Wizard (50G) for achieving an S ranks on all four districts.

Kill Screen Coming Up (10G) unlocked for clearing South Almuda and completed a very productive day.

FIFA 14 Completed During Busy Gaming Day

A mixed bag of a day saw four different games provide unlocks to the Achievement chase beginning with an early morning go on FIFA 14 on the Xbox One version which saw the final available unlock achieved in the shape of Extra Effort (25G) for scoring with a first time sliding shot. This meant the game became my 34th completion and first ever FIFA completion.

Next up was a session on Peggle 2 which took place on a new DLC pack and resulted in two unlocks starting with Multiballular Madness! (50G) for completing all Jimmy's Jammin' Jaunt levels with Jump That Shark! (25G) popping up after completing all Jimmy's Jammin' Jaunt trials.

The afternoon featured a brief session on the Windows 8 platform beginning with a stint on Secrets and Treasure-The Lost Cities and a single unlock in the shape of  Lost and Found (10G) for completing the second map. After exiting the game, I spotted a new release in Microsoft Sudoku so downloaded and played for a bit with the first unlock being Good Start (10G) for completing the first puzzle.

Good Memory (5G) unlocked after completing a puzzle without using any notes while Came To Win (15G) popped up after winning the first Daily Challenge.


Just Checking (5G) unlocked after using Show All Notes and then using Erase Notes with no actions inbetween with Helping Hand (5G) popping up for solving a puzzle using all three guide types and consuming all possible hints.

Guacamelee Defeats As FIFA14 Accomplishes

After a neglection of this blog, I finally have time to catch up but as there are 11 days to do, I will combine some of the days to reduced the effect of a mass of posts.

First up was a stint on Guacamelee and a single unlock in the shape of No Encore! (15G) for silencing El Trio de la Muerte permanently which was the only action on the day.

The next day also had a brief stint but on FIFA14 with a single unlock in the shape of On Your Way (50G) for unlocking 15% of the Pro Accomplishements on Pro Clubs.

Guacamelee Goes Collecting

A brief session on Guacamelee saw a lot of progress towards many achievements but resulted in only one unlock in the shape of Got to catch them all (30G) for finding an orb.



 

FIFA 14 Works For A Win

A quick session on FIFA 14 with a friend led to the unlocking of Teamwork (15G) for winning a first seasons match on Pro Clubs.

Guacamelee Plays Shots

A quick go on Guacamelee resulted in a single unlock of "Next-gen" (10G) for starting a new game in save slot 2.

 

Guacamelee Puts Out A Fire

Another brief session due to a long trip to London was spent on Guacamelee and a single unlock of Snuffed Out (30G) for defeating Flame Face.

Guacamelee Smashes Statues

A brief session on Guacamelee resulted in a single unlock in the shape of Last Straw (30G) for destroying Uay Chivo's fake statue in the Tule Tree.
