Wordament Snap Attack Begins

A huge backlog of posts begins with another new game to my list in the shape of Wordament Snap Attack which was free on Windows 8 and saw 12 unlocks in the first session beginning with First Snap (10G) for making a snap on the board. Best Play (10G) popped up for creating a highest scoring snap.

Bonus (10G) unlocked for using a bonus tile as part of a snap while Recall (10G) popped up for making a snap, recalling the tiles and then creating a brand new snap.

 

 

Snap Snap (10G) unlocked after creating a multi-snap by using two words with Double Double (10G) popping up for using the same bonus tile twice in a single snap. 

 

 

Lucky Seven (10G) unlocked for using all seven tiles in a multi-snap with Simul-Snap (10G) popping up after moving a single tile to create multiple independent snaps. 

 

 

CH a CH ING (10G) unlocked after using a multi-letter tile to make a snap while Multilingual (10G) popped up for playing Tap-Snap in more than one language. 

Swap Snap (10G) unlocked after swapping two tiles to make a unique snap with the session ending with Trifecta (10G) popping up for playing the same Single-Snap in three unique ways. 

 

 

The evening saw a session on Plants v Zombies Garden Warfare which resulted in two unlocks beginning with Running of the Gnomes (25G) for planting five Gnome Bombs with Hunting Season (50G) popping up for vanquishing 100 Soldiers, 100 Scientists, 100 Engineers and 100 All-Stars.

Dust Slides And Triumphs

More success on Dust-An Elysian Tail with a quick session resulting in two unlocks beginning with Sad Way to Go (10G) for killing an enemy with the slide attack while Waters of Life (20G) popped up after defeating Lady Tethys.

Dust Stars and Annoys

Dust-An Elysian Tail was the focus yet again and another good session saw five unlocks beginning with An Impressive Display (10G) unlocked after earning a four-star rating in the first challenge arena while Friend of Falana (10G) popped up for completing five side quests.

Paragon (10G) unlocked after opting not to use poison ivy on Gianni's laundry with Renegade popping up after choosing to use poison ivy on Gianni's laundry.

The session ended with Bad Therapist (10G) for consistently bugging Matti.

Dust Crafts and Kills

Another good session on Dust-An Elysian Tail saw five unlocks beginning with Blue Bomber (10G) for killing six enemies with a single bomb while Bringer of Death (10G) popped up after killing a total of 500 enemies.


The Blacksmith of Archer's Pass (10G) unlocked after meeting Haley, the Blacksmith with Tinkerer (10G) popping up after crafting an item from a blueprint.

The session ended with Defused (20G) which unlocked after defeating Fuse.

Dust Survives And Combos

A quick go on Dust - An Elysian Tail resulted in two unlocks beginning with Cutting It Close (10G) for successfully parrying with less than 10% health while A Decent Start... (10G) popped up for completing a 200+ hit combo.

Dust- An Elysian Tail Begins

A new month means a new Games With Gold freebie which this time around is Dust-An Elysian Tail and after an hour of playing, I think it is a really good game and a must to snap-up. My session saw five unlocks beginning with Well on your Way (10G) for picking up an Agility orb. Push and Turn (10G) popped up for opening a Treasure Chest.

Distant Thunder (10G) unlocked for using Dust Storm with Fidget's projectiles while With Great Power... (10G) popping up after levelling up by assigning Skill Gems.


The session ended with Wait, aren't you...? (10G) unlocked for unlocking a cage and rescuing a friend.

April 2014 Summary

A decent month of April saw the run of 100+ unlocks a month continue but fail to beat March due to an increase in writing and attending events.

A spectacular start to the year continues and means the goals for the year can all be met inside the 12 month target with the 5000 tumbling earlier this month as well as the 30th completed game.

Kinect Sports Rivals Shoots And Climbs

The final day of the month saw an afternoon session exercising on Kinect Sports Rivals resulting in five unlocks beginning with Escape Artist (20G) for surviving an opponent's grab in Climbing while Shopaholic (10G) popped up after buying an items from all six sections in the Store.

Points Poacher (10G) unlocked after stealing 450 points form an opponent in Target Shooting which was instantly followed by Pacifist (20G) after completed Target Shooting without using a power-up.


The session ended with Friendly Rivalry (10G) for sending a rival challenge to a friend.
