Peggle 2 Story Complete

A session on Peggle 2 saw nine unlocks and the completion of the story which paves the way for the launching of the X360 Dash but more on that tomorrow. Trolled (50G) unlocked for completing every level in Mountain Highs while Ace'd! (25G) swung in for beating my first Ace score.

Superior Shot (5G) unlocked for earning three free balls on a single shot with Found Frozen Friends (50G popping up for completing every level in Winter Blunderland.

Found So Many Contraptions (50G) unlocked for completing every level in Gnorman's Gneighbourhood while Not Too Scary (50G) popped up for completing every level on  Gravely Grove.

Opt-in (25G) unlocked for completing 30 optional objectives soon followed by Peggle Master (100G) for completing every level Celestial Realm level.


The night ended with the unlocking of Institutionalized (25G) for completing every trial in the Peggle Institute and in doing so brought the achievement streak up to 274 in 55 days with the target of 300 in 60 days still a possibility.

Peggle 2 Makes For Puzzling Play

My first digital purchase on Xbox One was Peggle 2 and an hour of play saw three unlocks beginning with I Got a Fever (5G) for clearing all the orange pegs on a level while Stylin' (25G) popped up for getting 75,000 styleshot points in a single shot.

The night ended with Toured the Campus (50G) unlocked for completing every level in the Peggle Institute and brought my current achievement streak to 265 unlocks in 54 days.

Need For Speed Rivals Drives In

The final game I had waiting to use on my Xbox One was NFS Rivals which scored four unlocks across the day as with every NFS game, achievements are few and harder to get than mainstream titles. First National (25G) unlocked for banking my first score with Cop Rank 5 (15G) popped up for reaching Cop Rank 5.

Cop Rank 10 (20G) unlocked for reaching Cop Rank 10 while Upgrade Master (50G) popped up for upgrading all Pursuit Tech in one car to maximum level.

COD Ghosts Campaign Completed As Xbox Fitness Pushes Past 80,000G

Another successful day saw 12 unlocks over two different games with COD Ghosts beginning the day with an early morning session and the first unlock of the day was End of the Line (20G) for completing the 'End of the Line' level which pushed me to the milestone of 80,000G while Jack-pot (20G) cashed in for destroying 21 slot machines.

Sin City (20G) unlocked for completing the 'Sin City' level which ended the session as I went off to bed but midday saw me play Xbox Fitness for the first time and score two unlocks beginning with Ooh Shiny! (25G) for earning my first workout star.

Challenging (25G) popped up for completing my first session challenge which was after excelling on the Charleston Kick and later on I returned to COD Ghosts and soon unlocked End of your Rope (20G) for severing a grapple rope connected to an enemy.

All of Nothing (20G) unlocked for completing the 'All of Nothing' level while Severed Ties (20G) popped up for completing the 'Severed Ties' level.

 Loki (20G) unlocked for completing the 'Loki' level while Tickets please (20G) unlocked for shooting the grapple guys off the side of the train.


The Ghost Killer (20G) unlocked for completing 'The Ghost Killer' level and in doing so completed the single player campaign with the night coming to an end with the unlocking of Audiophile (15G) for collecting all 18 Rorke files.

Call Of Duty Ghosts Scares Up Unlocks

After waiting a couple of weeks on the new game shelf, COD Ghosts finally got its first play session an amazing day it was for unlocks as 19 - yes Nineteen achievements unlocked as I played through 11 levels of the single player campaign. The unlocking began with Spatial Awareness (10G) for killing my first enemy on the campaign this came while in the Space Station. Ghost Stories (5G) popped up for completing the 'Ghost Stories' level.

Liberty Wall (10G) unlocked for taking down both attack helicopters in Brave New World while Brave New World (10G) unlocked for completing the 'Brave New World' level.

No Man's Land (10G) unlocked for completing the 'No Man's Land level while Struck Down (10G) soon followed for completing the 'Struck Down' level.

Homecoming (10G) unlocked for completing the 'Homecoming' level and was swiftly followed by Legends Never Die (10G) for completing the 'Legends Never Die' level.


Sleeping Beauty (10G) unlocked after killing a sleeping enemy while rappelling and in the same sequence, Carbon Faceprint (10G) popped up for catching a photocopier with my face.

Federation Day (10G) unlocked for completing the 'Federation Day' level while Burn Baby Burn (25G) fired in for destroying 80 fuel containers.


Birds of Prey (10G) unlocked for capturing Rorke while completing the 'Birds of Prey' level while The Hunted (25G) popped up completing 'The Hunted' level.

Deep Freeze (25G) skated in for dropping eight vehicles into ice holes which was done by shooting the fragile ice just in front of the chasing vehicles.Clockwork (25G) ticked in for completing the 'Clockwork' level.

Atlas Falls (25G) unlocked for completing the 'Atlas Falls' level while David & Goliath (20G) popped up for taking down the LCS on the first attempt.

The night ended with the unlocking of  Into the Deep (20G) for completing the 'Into the Deep' level and annoyingly put me 20G short of 80,000G which would have been a great way to sign off such a brilliant day. The achievement streak rose to 246 in 51 days with 300 inside the next week or so a possibility.
