Angry Birds Parades Through Rio And The Seasons.

After smashing through two full Rio episodes yesterday, today continued the trend as Completed Carnival Upheaval (15G) unlocked rapidly for completing Rio episode four. Gravel Factory (20G) popped up next for smashing 5000 stone blocks.


Stardust (30G) was then unlocked for earning 500 stars which has taken a long time to reach. In the afternoon, Completed Danger Above (15G) unlocked for completing Classic episode 3.

Egg Hunter (10G) popped up after finding five Golden Eggs and  Completed Hogs And Kisses (15G) unlocked next for completing Seasons episode three, one and two are proving difficult to finish but three was a breeze and with that achievement I have reached 29/50.
Next in the disc tray is Sleeping Dogs.

Angry Birds Smashes Scenery

An afternoon on Angry Birds Trilogy saw some high ranks on the second Rio episode with one as high as 34th and another at 82nd. However, three unlocks came in the final levels of the episode as IceBreaker (20G) unlocked by smashing a total of 5000 ice blocks on the game and the final level, Scramble (20G) unlocked for having five birds active at the same time and the guide on how to unlock Scramble is below.

As the level finished that was the end of the episode and meant that Completed Jungle Escape (15G) unlocked for completing Rio episode 2. Within 3 levels on Episode 3, Splash Of Flavor (10G) unlocked for collecting 10 Rio Fruits.

  Completed Beach Volley (15G) for completing Rio Episode 3 unlocked less than an hour after leaving episode 2. Voyager (30G) popped up next for launching a total of 5000 birds and that was the final unlock of the day.

Angry Birds Changes With The Seasons As Sonic Adventure 2 Spins In

Moving on to Seasons mode and a terrific high score on level 4-6 which placed me 14th on the leaderboard and on the same level I unlocked Pointastic (30G) for scoring 10,000,000 points on the entire game.

Then onto Sonic Adventure 2 which released onto the XBL Arcade earlier today and a quick unlock with Hello World (20G) for completing the first level. Later on Chao! (20G) unlocked for naming my first Chao.

Angry Birds Soars To A New High

A late go saw an amazing high score on Rio 1-12 which placed me 10th in the world overall and also led to the unlocking of Woodpecker (20G) for smashing 5000 wooden blocks and went on to unlock Completed Smugglers' Den (15G) for completing Rio Episode 1.

The night ended with Blockpocalypse (20G) for smashing 50 blocks with the starting bird of a level. 

Angry Birds Swoops In

A big effort saw 20 levels surpassed with numerous fails unlocking Pig Friendly (10G) for 10 fails on the same level and countless retries but finally it led to unlocking Completed Mighty Hoax (15G) for completing Episode 2 which also takes me over 62,000 gamer-score.

Onto the Rio mode and two quick achievements unlocked Supper-Effective (50G) for completely clearing a level (without the mighty eagle) and Squawkward (10G) for firing 10 birds backwards. The guide for the 50G achievement is in the video below.

Fifa 13 Career Continues

After the international break, Suso returned with a broken metatarsal which I only found out in team management, no email at all. Lokoren away in the Europa League saw a 3-0 win with goals from M.Suarez, Gerrard and a debut goal for new signing Theo Walcott.

Next up a 'pool' derby at home to Blackpool in the Capital One Cup with 11 changes from the Europa win. The game began with a shocking back pass by Baptiste which fooled his keeper and went in to give Liverpool the lead and the goals continued with the final score of 6-0, Downing sealed a brace and Assaidi, Coady and Shelvey each got on the score sheet.

Back to the Premier League and United at home but luckily a good result which was sealed in less than 25 minutes with a brace from Walcott and a header from Gerrard sealing the points.

Moved on to Games of the Week and played Dortmund v Moenchengladbach and in doing so unlocked Maxed Out (10G) for reaching the daily limit of XP and later on played the Team of the Week challenge on Ultimate Team and unlocked Challenge Accepted (30G).

Fifa 13 Ultimate Team and Career Begin

My managerial began career with Liverpool and began well with a 2-0 win over Stuttgart courtesy of a brace from Ousamma Assaidi. The next game saw a 0-0 draw away to Siena with pre-season culminating in a 3-0 win over Werder Bremen with new signing Matias Suarez breaking his duck.

Due to a fixture change, Man City opened my EPL season and sadly the team fell to a 2-1 defeat despite a late goal from M.Suarez which served as mere consolation after goals by Tevez and Clichy.

In what should have been the opener, Liverpool visited West Brom and bounced back from the opening defeat with a stellar 5-0 victory with Downing bagging a goal while M,Suarez and Sterling each hit a brace.





The following night, I began building a team on the Ultimate Team mode and after purchasing my first card pack I unlocked Building My Club (10G). Back to career mode and Arsenal at home and a crushing 4-0 with a stunning volley from Sahin, a brace from returning striker Luis Suarez and the 4th in three games for Matias Suarez. Luis' second unlocked Body Control (5G) by scoring with an off balance shot.

Next up was the first defence of the newly named Capital One Cup at home to Bury in which I fielded a mixed side but came out with a 3-0 win with a brace for a Yesil and a goal for Henderson, who I received a £4m bid for after the game but made a £6m counter offer and earned Master Negotiator (10G) for having that counter offer then accepted by the bidder, Barcelona.




Deadline day approached and Henderson duly went to Spain, Subotic from Dortmund was a bid I put in but £9.5m wasn't enough and turned my attention to Theo Walcott with a few hours to go and a bid, an acceptance and a successful signing were all completed in time for a price of £7.5m. Bids were rejected for Coates, Sktrel and a £20m bid for Luis Suarez from Inter.

Angry Birds Swoops to Success

The evening began with me reaching Episode 2 of the Classic mode and Sniper (15G) unlocked for smashing a distant pig with a direct hit and Hyperefficient (10G) for finishing a level with a single bird.

Spirit Of St Louis (20G) unlocked a bit later for sending birds a total of 100km and Wright Flyer (10G) unlocked for making a bird fly 200m.

Completed Poached Eggs (15G) unlocked for completing Episode 1 without using the Mighty Eagle. At 11.59pm just before the daily TA cut off I unlocked Bacon (20G) for smashing 1000 pigs.

Sunday began unlocking instantly at 12.01 am with Block Breaker (10G) for smashing 5000 blocks.

Fifa 13 Challenges While Angry Birds Fly In

After a great start to the game with six early achievements, tonight I unlocked Challenging (10G) for completing an EASFC challenge taking Dortmund from 1-3 down on 59 minutes to beat Hamburg 4-3. Bronzed (30G) followed for reaching the required score in every skill to achieve bronze status.

Another new game this week is the Angry Birds Trilogy, so I popped on that and on the first level unlocked Squeak (10G) for hitting a Pig and swiftly followed by You Are A Star (10G) for finishing a level with three stars.

Fifa 13 Takes An Early Lead

Thanks to Shopto.net, Fifa 13 arrived a day early meaning that come midnight of release day I could boot it up. Within minutes of setting up the game up popped EASFC Youth Academy (10G) for reaching level 5 of the EA Sports Football club due to my experience on previous versions.  After the games introduction, I browsed the catalogue and purchased my first product which unlocked Big Spender (10G) for redeeming EASFC credits.

Skill Games next and received Road To Mastery (30G) for unlocking a skill challenge, the skill was the shooting skill. Onto Ultimate Team and in the 'Intro' match, Messi opened the scoring with a sublime chip to unlock Cheeky (5G).


After the game which I won 6-0, Mr Manager (10G) unlocked as I took control of an Ultimate Team. Next I created a managerial career and unlocked So Euro (5G) for enabling European competition for the first season of play.

Bordelands 2 Goes Shopping

Tuesday began with the unlocking of Better Than Money (20G) for buying 5 items from the Black Market. Bounty Hunter (25G) popped up soon after for completing 20 side missions.

The night ended at 4am after numerous efforts I finally defeated the W4R D3N and received No Man Left Behind (20G)

Borderlands 2 Explores The Area

After a decent start to the game, I continued with the main missions and soon unlocked New In Town (20G) for completing the mission 'Plan B' followed by Tribute To A Vault Hunter (15G) for receiving an item from Michael Mamaril.

Up High, Down Low (15G) popped up next for high-fiving Claptrap after finding his secret stash in Sanctuary. All the hard work and killing led to Better Than You Were (10G)  for reaching level 10 in XP.


Sunday night ended with An Old Flame (20G) for completing the mission 'Hunting The Firehawk'. Monday began with Token Gesture (20G) for redeeming 25 tokens.
